Co-op’s website had passed its best before date. While it showcased products, it didn’t highlight any of the aspects that make the Co-op brand so great. Thus, when it came time to rebuild Co-op’s website, we set out to tell the stories behind the groceries.

Calgarians love Co-op’s fresh seasonal produce, locally-sourced meats and delicious fresh-baked goods. For many households, Co-op is the link between farms and forks, so we needed a strategy to bring this insight to life online.

The new Co-op online experience is adaptive and mobile-friendly. Users can explore the site on all of their devices, read unique Co-op stories, and connect to Co-op’s initiatives and others in the community. Co-op’s new website takes their in-store experience beyond the checkout line by serving a never-ending stream of fresh, relevant content. Sounds like a recipe for success.
